I think I really got somewhere today with the top left character. I am going to make an actual character sheet of him tomorrow. His body needs a bit more work, but what is important is that his shape and face are right. suggestions? comments?

Hey man, top left is awesome! He has a great sense of whimsy about him. I love the gauche/cutout style idea as well. This looks like a great project!
