    it's all about learning what brushes work for you and how to control them. pshop offers a lot of variables for any brush so it's important to reduce the variables that are counter-intuitive.

    for instance, pshop by default applies scaling and pressure sensitivity simultaneously. i prefer to control the scale of my brushes manually, so i disable that part.

    a wacom's tactility is not ideal - so for me it's more about optimizing its responsiveness.
